This is a high class business office building. Dubai has a very developed trade industry because of its open economic environment. The demand for office space is very high. This is a commercial complex with a total floor area of 100,000 square meters.

We supplied all the wall and floor tiles for the public restrooms and the floor tiles for the common areas of the office building.

Because the locals like both beige color and stone texture, the designer requested 30*60cm wall tile and corresponding 30*30cm matte floor tile for the bathroom, and we had just the right tile in this style, which perfectly matched the designer's needs.

For the flooring of the public area, the designer's rendering was a solid beige color, and we offered three solid color tiles in 40 degree, 50 degree and 60 degree whiteness, and finally they chose the 40 degree white pure ivory because of the project budget.

In this project, we didn't keep asking the client what they wanted, but we observed the design of the project combined with our own experience in commercial projects, and gave various options such as A, B, C, and even D. This way, we let the client feel the richness and professionalism of our tile supply.
