This is a university project from 2017. The architectural designer gave a rendering of a stately and clean building with a predominantly gray tone throughout and white floors.

The architects needed us to provide an interior and exterior floor tile solution. Based on this design concept, the material consultant suggested 600*600 super white tiles and 600*600 ivory matt tiles, while 600*600*20 and 300*600*20 thick tiles were suggested for the outdoor area.

Our tile proposal was quickly approved by the client and the designer, after all, our direction matched the designer's concept. For the interior use of more minimalist or solid color tiles, in order to create a comfortable and bright environment, so that every college student can focus on their studies. For the exterior, 20mm thick tiles were used instead of the granite in the original design because they are better, more aesthetically pleasing, and more environmentally friendly, and the timeliness of delivery is more controllable.

As a university using more environmentally friendly materials, it is a positive energy transfer in itself. In this partnership, we felt that the university incorporated its values into the direction of the renovation selection as well, which reflects the sense of responsibility and mission of an educator. We are really proud to have this kind of cooperation experience.
